Pro Design Construction was founded in 2016 by Peter Giedrys with the goal of providing bespoke and reliable construction services. Over the years, we have realised the importance of sustainable construction and therefore we source our materials from eco-friendly suppliers. This focus on sustainability extends into the way we design our products and services such as our thermal isolation and energy saving solutions.

Do you do only construction works?
No. We do also small services and maintenance jobs too. We employ electricians, plumbers, decorators, joiners and other professionals so can cover many areas of works required in building construction and maintenance.
Do you do also Home Automation?
Yes, we do full automation for smart homes as lighting control, heating, security, AV, cctv, access control etc. We offer also design and advice in this field so every part can be customised.
Do you offer a free, no obligation quotation?
Of course. We are more than happy to visit your property at a time convenient for yourself and quote for the required works. If you have already project design including drawings and specifications we could also do rough estimate for those documents too.
What's your guarantee period ?

What sort of information do I need to provide for my project?
For bigger projects any information that involves a breakdown of the work involved, such as working drawings, a schedule of works, specification and any contract particulars you may have. All of these items can aid us in supplying you with a formal quotation. For smaller jobs drawings with specification will be sufficient.
Do you work on day work rates?
Some projects lean more towards a day work rate, purely due to the type of work it is, this is usually items that are unspecified, or largely un-known how long tasks may take. This method could workout cheaper for the client.

How far do you travel for jobs?
We service all London area as well as Home Counties.
What about payment?
We will work with you to meet your specific needs. Only special order items are required to be paid in full when ordering which is what our distributors make us do.
